I think readers are fangirling over Mo blushing for He Tian but it doesn't really make sense to make it the reason as 'omg, he's in love and that's why he's blushing'
Of course Guan Shan is already attracted to He Tian but his blushing here is not because he is seeing He Tian -- come on, pleople. He sees He Tian everyday at school.
His may blush in other situations ( when He Tian flirts) but here is more because he was caught in an embarrassing situation ... he was spying of course and there is something else in this chapter. Notice that Mo links He Cheng to a familiar aura of fear, that the same fear he feels around He Tian --- 'that there is danger even with the slightest provocation' ---- as much as we want this love story to happen, the truth is that the primary feeling that He Tian imposes in Mo is that he will be hurt if he upsets He Tian. He already saw He Tian once talking with sinister people so he may have a clue that he is involved with very dangerous people. Now he gets a confirmation that his brother is 'evil' looking, his heart is pacing because of fear. I know fans don't like to admit and confront this but to Mo, He Tian is his bully ( he is, he beats Mo and threatens him) and someone he thinks can cause harm to him. Alas, let everyone thinks that Mo is blushing just because he saw his bf (that he sees everyday by the way).
He is not afraid for He Tian --- he is afraid of him. He just made the connection that the tall, evil guy gives a familiar 'aura' ( danger and scary) and now he is confirming that the guy is He Tian relative. What is the relationship between Mo and He Tian now? Isn't between a bully and his victim? Why Mo and He Tian are hanging out in the school? Is it Mo's choice? No, it's forced upon him by He Tian. Why someone does what he doesn't want in school? Out of fear of a bully.
I really can't understand how readers can deny with a clean face that He Tian is a bully to Mo at this stage of their relationship and Mo is forced to do what he doesn't want out of fear of being beaten. It doesn't mean that he is not falling for He Tian or not attracted to him but it makes harder for He Tian to make the other boy to see him as anything else but someone who he should be afraid of.
