This is such a sweet story with very little drama. But it does make me wonder if all mermaids start off as fishes before transforming into their mermaid form?? (●●)
I need more chapters, I'm not ready to let them go, plus there were a few loose ends that needed closure. (I wanna see the sister in her mermaid form and the underwater society.)

Did MC learn nothing from being with the mafia for 17 years?! He is ridiculously unprepared to exact any revenge for himself and his family. He doesn't have his own team to help him, very little knowledge about the underworld of SK, even less political acuity, and his freaking knives keep getting broken. I kept hoping he would call upon his mafia family for help once he found himself barely threading water, but all he does is continuously fall into his cousin's traps. Seriously, did MC only learn to kill and nothing else?? This is a good story, so far, but someone should slap some sense into the MC.

That's it too!! The MC is way too reckless!! He charges into situations without fully understanding who he is up against or may be up against. It not only puts his life at risk but also anybody who decided to be part of his continuously reckless behavior. I honestly thought after his first encounter went south he'd contact the Salerno family for at least information and maybe a team to work with him. HA!! MC is all reckless behavior and 99.9% no plan.
Although, I see the end of the tunnel for this story, I'm struggling to get there. Honestly, I lost all interest in this story once the true crux of the plot was revealed. Hopefully, my pain won't be prolonged and I can finally move this to my Read section. (︶︿︶)
I'm only on the 1st chapter, but why didn't his teammates just quit and form their own guild if they were out for the money and not the people?? They could have easily spun their disassociation due to ideological strife or something similar to paint the MC in an unappealing light, instead of resorting to murder. Plus, this chapter is reminding me of another, better done, hero betrayal dungeon manhwa. ◔◔

I was super happy seeing this notification, because I thought a new season or continuation of the extras was happening, but, nope, just another clout-chasing uploader!!

You totally missed my point. It had already been uploaded with a good fan translation/scanlation, but instead that wasn't good enough for some pesky uploader who needed to feel important/chase clout, so they started uploading the official version, which isn't any better than the fan translation!! Not only is that irritating, but getting those new chapter notifications for official chapters that aren't needed on nearly EVERY SINGLE manga/manhwa on this site is colossally annoying!! I'm currently following one story that has the fan translation being uploaded along with the official -- the fan translation is Asura and they are known for high quality translations, so there is no need for the official to be uploaded other then Asura doesn't translate some background onomatopoeia. Just another uploader chasing that clout!!
The loading of officials became a thing when old translators like S2Manga were around and were uploading shitty, barely English translations, or when a fan group disbanded in the middle of a project, which later got picked up officially. And even in the second example, the uploaders, back then, never started from the 1st chapter, they just picked up where the group left off!! Now, we got people who are uploading officials on all the manga, but mostly manwha, despite the clarity or readability of the fan/scanlation. And I hate that when I get excited for a new chapter or hoping a new season has started its just another official obsessed uploader uploading chapters I have already read.
And I am grateful -- due to many of the comics I've read on this site, I've massively grown my physical and digital book collection. But that doesn't mean I have be subservient to an uploader for doing a job someone has already done and completed.

I have no sense of entitlement, but I do have a huge amount disgruntlement with uploaders who load official translations on decently translated scanlations for no reason at all!! There are/were no comments exclaiming this series is unreadable, people weren't defaming the translation, nor were people expressing their willingness to return once a better translation was available in the comments here. Therefore there was no reason to upload the official version here. And if it wasn't for clout or praise...then why do it?? To be a troll?? Get people's hopes up when getting the notifications of a new chapter only to see it's not really new, but just an official version. I'm passed disappointed as this had happened on multiple occasions. Hence my initial vitriol comment.
I do know that these official version uploaders are spending their own money and time to upload here. I never once disparaged them for that aspect of the process. But I do have an issue with them uploading that official version when the unofficial translation is getting the job done and official doesn't even add any extended understanding to the story. And I most definitely don't appreciate, as seen here, when a official version is uploaded on a completed unofficial translation giving me, and other readers, a false notification of a new chapter.
