Just scroll down until you get to the bottom of your screen, but first u need to be in a the profile of a manhwa/manga.
Example: Click any manhwa in the 'Featured manga' section then scroll down

Click on any question that asked and scroll bottom you will find ask questions option there

Or click the topic on discussion panel and scroll bottom

To post a question/experience follow these steps and let me know if you're still confused :

This method works for both mobile and desktop version :

• On the mangago home page scroll down till the section "People are sharing things"

• There you'll find many questions/experiences in blue and their answers in white, click on any one of the question

• As you click it, you'll be able to read a specific person's answer to the question posted, scroll down till the end of the page.

• As you reach the end of the page you'll see more questions in green text and at the end "All questions (10638)>>>"

• Click on "All questions (10638)>>>" and again scroll till the end of the page

• At the end you'll find a green button which has "Ask question" written on it, click it

• At the top you'll see "question" written in yellow and then below it you'll see two check boxes, one on "question" and one on "experience"

• if you wanna post a question for people to answer then click that and then you'll be able to type out a title and description and scroll down and click on submit to post it on the forum and then people can answer it.

• if you wanna post an experience, click on the experience check box and then you'll be able to add title, description and photo along with it, its an orange colour panel with "Add photos" on it, click that and choose photos you wanna post, once you have selected the photos wait for the to load till 100% and then click on those photos and they'll get added in your post as a number code, you can place the number code according to where you want the photo to show up as in below the description text or after, then the pic will show up accordingly.
