All I remember is that the MC is a guy and I think he was either an idol or an actor. He was scratched in the nape by a fan and a friend or group member got angry and pushed the fan. the media reported it and they didn't see that the wound was deep and mc has to get stitches so they reported that the friend has bad manners. So he was bullied online, and their company decided not to release a statement because they're scared to ruin company image because they couldn't protect their artist so they let the friend be misunderstood. MC didn't like it so at some point he didn't wear turtlenecks and showed his wound to the media.
