Edit: it was a black and white manga that started out as a one shot I think? There's also a scene when they get married that they have to walk under a waterfall

It was a short BL (5-6 chaps) and it was based around the Uke meeting the Seme at a train station(??) and going on a hot springs trip with him, but the Seme isn't a stranger and is instead a kid he used to know in his hometown
Uke finds out when he sees a photo of the Seme when he was younger(??)

Uke may have been an influencer and that's how the Seme found out where he was?
