He even told shen jue that was is past life has nothing to do with his current incarnation so he doesn't owe the bunny his love.this happens after the emperor brought shen jue back to life and brought shen jue to his maternal family. He ended up marrying someone else that was not the bunny, shen hue yelled at him for that but he didn’t care because he only live his wife in his current life and didn’t believe that just because he loved the bunny in the past it doesn’t mean he would ove her in the next life. That was only how much of the novel I was able to find and nothing else. If anyone can fine the continuation let me nknow.

The ending is open ending, if I remember the emperor said his place/location to Shen Jue and it's up to Shen Jue to decide if he will going to visit him but the emperor said they're destined partner before Shen Jue died so the possibility of them meeting again is high. About Bunny and Taoist, they made some deal? I don't exactly remember why but Taoist 's wife is dying? And only Bunny can save her but exchange of it is Taoist's soul before Bunny left. Then wife wake up and they had arguments about I don't remember exactly but they're not supposed to marry in the first place then the chapter end with them fighting for the first time? So yeah looks like they're going to break up. It's frustrating cause I just want Shen Jue and emperor to be together again and author really said just left them hanging ☠

I think A' Yan was right about YiLi loving the world more than him. We can see it throughout the season that it was always A'Yan showing love or initiating some thing romantic while YiLi bearly dose it and focus on how to save the world. I hope that in S2 A'Li will be hella more possessive and spoiling towards A'Yan
