I don't know actually.. not trying to be dramatic but at work I'm very .. shy and the only way I could make my coworkers not talk to me is reading manga cuz to them I look busy on my phone(office job) so they don't try to talk to me which makes me feel safe but fuk now what? Im having symptoms of social anxiety but it's getting better than before tho. Im not sure if my advice can help you but I'll try. I get grossed out easily when I'm out so I carry in my bag like a throw up bag and something that smells good to distract me (could be lotion, essential oils, etc).
