He will continue to run into and be victimized by shitty men, because he has no concept of self value. He truly believes he’s worthless and that is why he thinks that the POS abuser he clings to loves him.
For him to fantasize about abuse between them as a ‘bring us together,’ is next level toxic. Since his mind is clinging to that type of life, his body is reacting and breaking down on its own. Hopefully he’ll end up being hospitalized long enough for him to be pushed into seeking therapy.
And while falling for the kid, dad comes back
he's not going to fall for the kid, but you can see the author was already interested in doing a tempter-type mc. Tae-heun was full-on tempting the kid even though he wasn't interested.
Ok after reading the last chapter i think saying dan is a tempter isn't giving the full picture. Like why would that kid just assault Dan and Dan put up with him. Maybe the author is into this sort of stuff as their other work shows.
No, I think MC has moved on from the boss. Even if the boss had not left, MC’s time with him was more playful than the love he has with ML.
As for the son, the MC was teasing him, nothing more. He and ML kinda made up, and MC also told ML that the debt of cheating has been cleared—so both of them are going to commit from then on.
I don’t know why MC thought kissing and leading on that kid is a good idea. It also feels icky and wrong because the ML and MC kinda made up, it’s weird to kiss someone else now that the ‘debt of cheating’ has passed.
Author writes complex stuff and I can safely say I’m a love hate fan of her works, I’m not used to working my brain 100% when reading fiction. Let me rest author…
I don’t think MC is a tempter but not sure why he thinks it’s a good idea to kiss someone else after making up with the ML (kinda). MC told ML that the debt of cheating has cleared, then he goes and kissed a kid.
MC and ML has a lot to work on.
