hello does someone know any manhwa or manga like this one please?
Unfortunately this is one of those rare ones like Noblesse or They Say I Was Born A King's Daughter that can't be said to have a true equal.
(though I suppose if you make a collection of all such ones then that would count)
But then that is my view, and there are possibly others that I have not seen that can be marked as similar. So lets hold out someone can find or create more such quality works. (=・ω・=)

I think probably Doulou Dalu is what I've read that's most similar to Adonis except it's not as centered on romance as Adonis and the main character didn't experience as much Trauma as Ianna.

The story is about a brother who wants to brag about his twin. He went to another world to find a potion to save their sick mother. But he did it by betraying his comrades who killed him. So the living brother goes to this other world. According to what I remember in this world there is a tower with several levels.
