Many people have been complaining about the slow pace of the story or lack of romance, but the thing that bothers me the most about this manga is that the quality of the art has gone way down compared to earlier chapters. Ren also does not look as handsome as he use. The art has become simple and plain, and the characters no longer pop like that use to.
I was thinking the same thing... I don't care how slow the story is as long as they'll get together in the end, but I'm sad the quality of the art is not the same as before... :(

Is that really ren's face at the bottom oh my gosh x') I don't know why it changed like this, maybe the author has hand's problem? Or maybe she doesn't like to draw anymore and just want to finish the story? :/
I knowwwwww! Finally someone agrees! It started with his hair. After he came from from filming tragic marker and appeared as Ren for the first time I was like no wait no no no this ain't it. I don't understand what happened but it makes me so sad that it's come to this. I've been reading this for so long. I've seen the development in the art and the Current deterioration. Even the story's just gone to shits by now. I don't mind a slow paced story at all. I just want it handled well.
Interesting, I was thinking the exact opposite. It's clear to me that Nakamura has improved her art immensely from earlier chapters. It only makes sense considering how long it has been. It's more than just a change in art style too, she improved in many areas and you can feel how much more confident she is too. You might be longing for more highlights and screen tone? This chapter definitely lacked in those areas but the art itself is far more developed than it was years ago.
The art work has become sloppy over the years. Feels like someone else is drawing the characters not the author.
I feel like the artwork is cleaner now than it used to be, but there's less to the expressions. The characters don't express emotion as dramatically as they used to. Which was off of the things I liked about this story honestly. Maybe it is a lack of screen tone and highlights, but everything is a bit flat these past few chapters.
It did get good over time but the quality dipped again imo
do you think it's just with the influx of new webtoons and their beautiful art styles we are unconsciously comparing them with -for lack of better word- "older" styes of drawing for mangas? I personally don't see an issue in the art style
Well I can't speak for the rest of the crowd but I've felt like something changed for a while now
Totally agree i just read dark moon arc Kyoko looked gorgeous as well as all the characters but after seana arc both the art and the story turned sloppy
Why would the mother choose the younger less talented brother over the handsome and talented older brother. She really fumbled the bag.
