‘Stigma’ is another favourite of mine, I’ve reread it atleast thrice by now. It starts with one of the male leads thinking of the other as a slut he’s not interested in, but he still helps him out.
Tbf it kinda plays into the ‘I can’t get him off my mind after that one meet’ thing, so you might not be into this.

Can anyone recommend a free-to-play android (ios also ok) otome game? I'm not talking about a story game (like Obey me), I'm talking about an otome game where there are character routes and you can reach a happy or unhappy ending with a character if you choose a character's route. For some reason, all games are without routes these days.

only one I can think of is "Golden Stage", it's a historical danmei (bl) It can be a little confusing since there are political themes in the story, but It's pretty good imo!

I read all series of Nagabe , something like them, maybe. I also love Mahoutsukai no Yome (Elias can turn human but he doesn't have human from he is copying others so that's ok).
