me personally do not like " feminine gay men " i find
"some " of them to be somewhat annoying . they act fem and girly like to the point where they slur the words that come out of there mouth, and do weird hand gestures . they act more girly than what girls would act like. ( i dont hate fem guys ) i just dislike the type that i stated . that's why most fem gay men gets hate , do to the overly fem type.

Dats like some of them not all... maybe the one's you met or seen or like dat but not all of them are like dat though.

I feel like unchecked and *unnoticed* internalized homophobia helps with that a LOT, they fight against offensive representations of homosexuality (and gay man have been represented as effemininate since the dawn of homophobia, like in old movies and shit) and end up forgetting that some ppl really do just be like that and it's not a meme, it's not a joke, it's how they wanna live.
Also, being cynical, I feel like it has to do with lgbt ppl having been bullied/mistreated in past a lot and when they see someone that is "easier" to mistreat bc they "look gay"/don't pass as het/make the lgbt community "look worse" they jump on it, acting like mean girls in a nursing course
But that's just my opinion and, as a sapphic, nothing pains me more than seeing the community turn against each other like??? things are hard, guys??? let's just be friends instead, no????

Your not the only one, i dropped countless stories because it got boring or the art got really bad ( i care about art a lot) i feel so frustrated thinking about how a story was so good but suddenly the plot gets bad and i totally lost interest,...

I do it in any genre. As long as the characters started to piss me off I drop lol.

In action genres I specially dislike it when there's too much girls clinging to a male character, dressed like there's a cloth material shortage, big boobs like balloons, tripping and falling at the Male character outta no where, op then when Male character is around they become weak and needs saving, blushing out of nowhere, clingy ladies like they are in heat, and more lol. I prefer my action to stay action focused. If I wanted romance and ecchi I would've gone to those genres instead.

In BL I dislike pushovers, dumb characters that always needs another character to solve their problems, clingy to the point of annoyance, I ESPECIALLY hate... MISCOMMUNICATION, no character development, etc.
I can try to be patient but when nothing gets solved after 30+ chapters then I drop.

In shoujo, mostly isekai lol. I don't like MCs that acts like a know it all then does something dumb, always thinking about following the damn OG stories when they already affected the story just for being there themselves, etc

anyways so so much more really. It's either you hold out and be patient hoping for the best or you reach your limit and drop I've ranted in a lot of my comments before and I also unsubscribe to those shit stories. Some I drop even with high ratings. When I don't like something I just don't. Other people can't force people to like something they don't lol.

in all asian culture the honorific for brother isn’t limited to family, especially in korean where hyung/dongsaeng is used to define a friendship/relationship between someone

when someone asks if you’re friends the response would be ‘she’s my noona/he’s my dongsaeng’ etc because there’s no proper word for friend

and these honorifics are they’re used as pet names/acting cute because it’s a thing in asian culture, i know for mine it’s rooted in the fact they can’t used traditional pet names in public like babe/honey
