So, from what I heard from another user about chapter 11, as well as the sneak peaks that Asada Nemui posted on twitter..

It sounds like Takatora and Oozumi are gonna get really drunk, and sleep with each other.
In the sneak peak of 12, takatora and the Oozumi are shirtless in a bed at night, and takatora pushes him back into the bed, so I'm guessing they did it.
The other sneak peak image has both of them laying next to each other in a bed, and takatora opening his eyes, and his expression looks like he's shocked, and seconds away from yelling "WHAT THE FUCK!!!!???"
