I just wish Phil can see how different the emperor behaves infront of her and Elincia. it's painfully obvious (to the reader ofc) that the emperor favours Phil waaaay more than Elincia, which shows in his reactions towards situations involving Phil :/ I mean his attitude towards Phil was not at all tolerable and I'm actually "happy" to see that it still lingers in her mind, which is realistic
I think he treats them pretty similarly, or at least tries to. Like tried not to make Elicia feel left out, but probably also wants to try harder for Phil to win her back
