I read this multiple years ago but it was a 5 or 6 chapter one, and near the end of it one of the guys ends up in the other one's room and knocks over a box which was full of pictures of him. please i don't remember anything else but I've been thinking about it for the longest time
I really love childhood friends, so generic recs of those too is fine but I like the short complete ones (5-6 ch)
Specifically the part about one of them plotting for ages to finally "have" the other. BL preferred but GL is fine too
