It's really sad how he doesn't realise the impact of his words, but...
I think that's the beauty of this manga in a way. People can't always find the perfect words, and these things will happen. In most fictional stories we see that they always have the right words often, they know exactly what to say and it fixes everything y'know... Although don't get me wrong, I like that too, we read fiction for a reason after all~
But sometimes communication isn't perfect.
So we'll have to see how this develops, and how they overcome that obstacle.
