The asshole seme is such a trope in BL, and it's usually justified by some dumbass sob story but this... I think this was definitely something WAYYY BETTERRR
His actions haven't been justified in any way whatsoever
and as the story progressing it sheds light on the actions of each character and it's honestly so crazy (but like, good crazy, you feel me? like hella awesome... like ugh-get-me-another-tissue awesome)

As much as I despise Skyler's actions of the past, right now I feel for him, and I totes love this author for building up these characters well enough, well enough for Skyler to be self-aware lmao

And of course, the star of the show, Yeonduk... once again, his feelings were complex and that was definitely conveyed well...
honestly I've just been a wreck reading this, the amount of times ive cried lol
