cant believe i started when this was a baby with only a few chapters and it’s finally ended…i won’t lie i thought this would drag on for longer, but, even though a lot of ppl seem to be unsatisfied with the ending i think it’s quite fitting actually.
i was a little unsure of how the makoto’s future would even look once he surpassed j but this makes sense. his sense of purpose has always been driven by j, of course he would just continue the cycle. even when he detached himself from his own humanity more and more, he’s just as attached in that humanly way like the rest of them.
it hit me when they were teasing yamase that he’s only 26…i’ve been reading this manga since high school and now im almost his age…the passage of time is insane
I know right, going from being younger than the high school couple to getting up there with some of the mains is pretty crazy. It’s interesting to reread older favorites and see how perspectives on them start to change

Yah its cool to do re reads on a lot now but it dose hurt a little when every book has characters younger then you like man I read them and just go its ok your just a baby you will get threw this lol
