i don't think it matters. neopronouns have always existed. xe/xem is one that has been around longer than the others, so i'm not sure why you used that one as an example. they/them is typically used as a catch-all, and as far as i'm aware, those with neopronouns, including myself, don't mind it. popular neopronouns include: xe/xir/xem, ze/zir......

it depends on the mentality you have after you're reincarnated. after being reborn are you just a literal adult in a now-child's body? or are you simply a person who has grown up with memories of your past life? for me, that's the difference between a pedo and someone who just so happened to be reincarnated.
