Well, we use onii-chan for males who are slightly older than us, it's not just for familial relationship. Just like using oji-san (uncle) to old male strangers.

Well the tattoo was always hideous, like seriously. But the art now sometimes characters don't look human, children with pencil necks! I the first season artist came back and we had to start seeing the tattoo again, I think I'd take it.
