ikr. I'm starting to get confused here. eventhough jiwook is the mastermind behind the incidents happening to his brother before, isn't that Joohoon guy even worse? He raped someone. So why was he potrayed like he did some great deed here. Or am I misunderstanding anything?

It was already established that Joohoon was a horrible horrible person involved in a lot of shady things. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he or any of his "lackeys" have already killed someone, so to Joohoon, especially since he participated in the act that caused the death of Siwon, he doesn't really give a shit.
With Woojin, right from the beginning, we already know he doesn't give a damn about anything other than Taemin. He put himself in front of his father and lives a lie all in order to gain the power to protect Taemin.
Taemin has been slowly piecing together Siwon's death. All this time he's been confused about why Jiwook hates his brother so much, he's just been reacting to the aggression form Jiwook, until literally the last few chapters where it all comes out how Jiwook planned his own brother's death.
Taemin will probably get a chance to react to this revelation in the next chapter so, but this is the climax:
Jiwook - working so hard to climb out of his brother's shadow, as his plan backfires on him and he loses everything instead.
Joohoon - deriving pleasure from watching this clusterfuck go on as entertainment for him.
Woojin - destroying Jiwook with the consequence of his actions and pushing Taemin to rely on him.
At this point, no one gives a shit about Siwon other than the fact that Taemin is in his body. (〜￣△￣)〜
