Do you remember the apples Sangwoo & his mom were eating when they went to mountin & hanged the father ? She took a bite and gave
the rest to Sangwoo &Sangwoo left the apple near his father corpse .
Same thing happened when Bum & Sangwoo buried the girl . If we assume apple is a symbol of sin , mom gave it to his son and after a while& killed herself , then Sangwoo went mad like his mom & commited several homocides & in the end probably will kill himself . after that Bum will go mad & will kill some people (for example that girl from 3 or 4 chapter earlier LOL) .finally he will fulfill his promise and will kill himself .

When Sangwoo killed his mother (who he loved ), the sense of guilt made him Crazy & psychopath. If he kill Bum it will be death of him.

So, the translation could be wrong, but in ch 56 when Bum asks to call Sangwoo "babe", Sangwoo says that there is someone who "calls" him that. Present tense. There is a possibility his mother is still alive.

He says the body they founf was what they THINK is his dad's, he was also coming up with a story, trying to trick Bum into confessing. I don't think they even found a body. Sangwoo says that his dad is buried in the mountains when he brings Bum up to where his mom and him buried his dad.

What's the point in lying about his father and not about the mother? He could have said that they found both his parents, after all he just wanted Bum to confess.

Yes, but the argument was that Seungbae lied about the father that I am sure he didn't because it was pointless to lie about it. I'm sure they found his body, after all near his grave there is some police tape, so they most definitelu checked that zone.
It still doesn't make sense they believed to the story of a double homicide with break and enter if he was still hanged when they found him, but I want to wait till Koogi explains us how it really went.

I think you're right, i think his mom and him left him hanging out there and the police told Sangwoo and his mom they found him out there. They probably thought it was a murder because of the autopsy or just outer visuals and Sangwoo and his mom either buried him there or told the police to after. I bet they reported him missing or some hiker found him. Just a theory though.

Yes that make sense . Btw I think police never mentioned that 2 homocides happend at the same time . He said only they were murdered when Sangwoo was in highschool . So maybe they find his father in mountain & his mother in their house later

I don't remember which chapter, but it's the one when Sangwoo takes Bum up to the mountains, isn't it? He gets mad when Bum steps on the tape and a later flashback shows Sangwoo and his mom taking his dad there after he dies. I seem to remember him telling Bum his dad is buried there.

We don't know if she was telling the truth about her assault or not . To me it seems she wanted to gain Bum's attention first through seduction and then sympathy. She doesn't care about Bum's emotions and one day she just appears on the door trying to destroy Bum's relationship with his lover . Of course Sangwoo was and still is AN ASSHOLE but it is consequence of Her acction that will affect Bum . But on the otherside it's also Bum's choise to be with Sangwoo and if anything happens it's his responsibility for his (maybe) wrong choise .

She didn't know she would have met Bum that day, Bum noticed the bruises like it happened during high school, when his father raped her. She could have put Bum's life in danger but i don't think she meant it, it's not her fault Sangwoo's is a murderer and thinks of Bum as his possession.
As for Bum's choice, it's just partially his. Bum is mentally ill ( he's canonically BPD) and he thinks nobody but Sangwoo can love him, but it's also true that Sangwoo destroyed every chance for him to have a normal life, forcing him to kill.
She did wrong by Bum in the past, and maybe she's seeking in Bum just a scape from her reallity. But man, I'm not on the side of the murderer, even tho the author is making us pitty him. This relatioship is so fucked up, and looks like they are both in thin ice.

I just read this . What incompetent parents! Who would let a child decide if the other child is mentally healthy or not ? Ecconomical pressure have made JaeHa's parents ignorant about his lonliness and Yoseob's mental health .Honestly if you can't take responsibility for your own child , Don't adopt another one ,Otherwise a tragedy like this will happen.
