I followed this year's ago and now that I'm rereading it I actually found myself liking the extra a lot.. For me, a good 3P is when all of them love each other to bits, not just 2 guys who like one person. When the stories are like that they give off "I just want a harem but don't want to admit it" vibes. So yeah, I don't see them loving each other and having their own thing a problem when each have their own thing with Yuuzen too from what I remember from the other works.
Not to compare suffering but based on your experiences and perspective what hurts more?

Hot take but I really don't like it when people say "Idgaf about your backstory what a waste of chapters". Thats literally the point of telling a story??? You explain the reasons why characters act the way they do, you show what they experienced, how they felt, but that doesn't mean you're trying to make them 'good' by showing why they became 'bad'. Honestly ppl nowadays have such low patience and reading comprehension they're better off reading those TikTok ad stories
Now THIS is how you make a story with a cruel ML. I love how they actually say that the distrust and hurt will never fade, but thats the thing about loving someone. LIKE??? THE WAY THEY DELVED INTO THE COMPLEX EMOTIONS WHEN IT COMES TO LOVING SOMEONE WHO HURT YOU??? Annette's story was so well done too. At first youre like, "Why are the people hating her? She didn't do anything wrong!! It's her father!!" But now that the same story is playing in my country (Philippines) I get the people's hatred. She also benefited from the riches her father stole and the violence he spread. She knew subconsciously that something was wrong but didn't do anything due to fear of losing what she had and she acknowledged this. AAAA I CAN EVEN BEGIN TO SAY EVERYTHING I LOVED ABOUT THIS MANHWA I CAN GO ON FOR HOURS!! THEY MADE BOTH THE FL AND ML FLAWED AND REDEEMED THEM BOTH!! I LOVE THAT THEYRE BOTH COMPLEX CHARACTERS THAT FOUND SOLACE WITH EACH OTHER AND OBTAINED LOVE DESPITE IT'S IMPERFECTION
