i think gender essentialism on the internet has rotted the brains of these online feminists to the point that they cannot distinguish between toxic masculinity, the patriarchy, and just healthy, normal masculinity. so they conflate it all to just "men" and hate men.
I'm really not being dismissive of systemic forms of violence against women here ......
