It's not dramatic, not climatic, just a mundane, simple and cute moment. It's so realistic.
The moment you see your partner and notice all their little flaws that you've grown to love and your hear just bursts the words "I love you", it's so beautiful.
I wish to re live that moment with someonewho's worth it (unlike last tim hahae), because I never felt so nervous and happy at the same time.
In a lot of BLs where there is rich CEO is involved, they ALWAYS kidnap their partner like them being a girl boss suddenly makes them want to trap a dude in a secluded location??
So yeah, this thing is basically a reaaally low slow burn where the author is looking to torture the mc in anyway they can. But damn, when the ML falls in love, and he will, will fall hard and have a somewhat decent redemption arc. I never expected less from the same author of BJ Alex, but this is so gonna be so worth it at the end I can't wait.

Gosh, I love the drama
It's not the main focus at all, just bits scattered around the story but these small things are super cute. Like when the girl is concentrated with the "thousands weapon" and the ML is just like "she's cute when she acts like that". I love it, because in most manhwas like this, the ML is the "badass guy, that has no time for romance and every woman is in love with him but the guy has the emotional intelligence of a rock". But this guy isn't, and it's natural for him that in a harsh place like the tutorial he found a girl (strong and smart) that he can also rely on and at least attempt a pseudo relationship. Please, more action based stories with romance like this. It's cute
I do want the male lead ("uke") and the protagonist being happy. And maybe I'm reading this the wrong way but their romance feel super forced. Idk, but it doesn't click with me. I see why the ML likes the protagonist, it's pretty obvious. But I don't see an organic development of why the protagonist likes the ML. It was pretty out of nowhere.
I don't really like the blonde guy too, he's kinda crazy lmao. Even though the protagonist has a "rival chemistry" with that guy.
The girl was practically raised all her life to be the perfect wife for the Duke. The only family she ever had was the Duke parent's and the asshole himself. She didn't have friends nor other relatives, so she dedicated her whole existence to manage the Duke's assets and be the perfect fiance. And, after the war, the asshole found another girl and the poor mc is confused.
Bruh, the girl was literally raised with a mindset, THAT'S ALL SHE KNEW. PLUS, SHE BELIVES THAT SHE IS IN DEBT WITH THE DUKES PARENTS SO SHE DOESN'T WANT TO DISRESPECT THEIR SON/FIANCE. Of course she won't have a 180° change and be the baddie y'all want her to be. The change is slow but pretty realistic, let her be.
