8.9????? Fuck this deserves 11. The story was so good, so perfectly written. I felt the characters along their journey, the plot wasn’t too complicated but it was precise and clear. The story was simple yet touching, the characters grew, there is no over the top edginess, it’s done so beautifully and tragically. The art is absolutely amazing, and the ending GOSH IM CRYING.

I really do like this manga. But I feel like the story is just missing the slightest touch of spice it needs. I had a few questions on their actions, like when the MC turned into a girl he started to cut himself which was weird, like why for what purpose did he do it..? I have a few ideas of why but it felt just a little strange.
Characters are not extremely complex and the story does have a few cases of bullying and typical shitty jerks, but the manga portrays everything quite well and smoothly.
So far there’s a lot of sad breaking down moments, i would really like to see the characters grow and accept who they are and not based off sexuality or gender and stuff. If that makes sense...basically hoping that they grow stronger as people and become happier
I think ike(male main guy/girl) didnt want to be a woman he hates them because they can love any guy and wont be judge for it. Ike wants to be in love with a man and be love at the same time without judgement and prejudice which he can't get because he is a man. That's why he started cutting himself cause he became the gender he hated and despise.
