The man needs a rehab and a therapist. But perhaps the author is going to make it that Jaekyung will be the tough enforcer to improve Kim Dan's mental state. Force him to eat so he gains some weight build up his stamina- I don't know anymore
remember when we were trying to find out about the two bodies? I miss that storyline. Also no one should trust James Lee- is he even human, he hasn't aged just his hair color shifts= from red to pink to now black.

Spoiler alert: Lee Won will be SAd once again by Ceasar. He is still hung up on the fact Lee Won had other relationships and that meant Lee Won loved other people that were not Ceasar and that any sexual relations he had in the past deeply disturbs Ceasar. So just like Dmitry said before that Ceasar can keep going and going while drinking until he passes out- he does that to Lee Won until he hears what he needs from Lee Won and eventually stops the assault. I read the novel and can I just say Ceasar's possessiveness is something to behold and Lee Won's reasoning for staying with him is interesting too because he knows what Ceasar does is bad, hates him for it but also cannot see himself without Ceasar. I highly recommend reading the novel if you can- you get better insight into both of them
