remember during one part of the chapter where the characters talked about some supernatural "amulet" that the previous homeroom teacher had that made one sexually captivating or something? The uke prolly got affected by it (because he has some psychic powers and shit) Too lazy to explAIN more but its got something to do with that,if ya'll are still confused ya'll should read it again and take in every detail.
Kind of ironic how Nanao kept on bitching about how Alphas kept on treating Omegas like property and in a derogatory manner while HE HIMSELF worked in a night business to satisfy and serve Alphas through sexual means. Also found him a bit immature when he immediately jumped to conclusions and fled from his partner when he literally just said he probably "shouldn't work in his job anymore" (the reasons him saying that are quite obvious)
Nah it's not really ironic. Nanao is a crossdressing host not a sex worker. In fact it was that misunderstanding that led to his and Arisaka's first fight. It was also a misunderstanding with that @$shole alpha that harrassed Nanao's coworker. Nanao's revenge was crazy af...he slept with that alpha and made him orgasm repeatedly to prove alphas aint all that if they can't hold back enough to satisfy their partners. Anyway, do you really think a bonded omega could continue to work in a sex club or that a possessive mate would be ok with that? Time to reread chapter 1 and 2...
I mean it is a little ironic cause it wasn't just that mean alpha at the start that he's slept with, the owner says "you slept with another one" meaning he does it a lot a little like a prostitute since they're all customers from his shop he works at, even if it is for 'revenge'. I also dont get why nana was mad when ari said that "they sell compliments" cause tbh you do that's basically the job to make them feel loved lol. And obvi you wouldn't want your lover to sell "love" in the words of nana to other guys which is why ari wasn't okay with it. Ari respected him and waited outside for 2 hours all cause of Nanas misunderstanding. And Nana slept with Ari not realising Ari liked him, does that mean he was okay with being used like property??
Idk, I don't see Nanao as a prostitute (paid for sex) or as particularly promiscuous. During his heat induced sex with Arisaka he couldn't believe he was doing this with a stranger.
I guess a straight-laced slut would be ironic . Nanao argues that omegas can only hope to get these type of customer service jobs when Arisaka looks down on him initially, assuming they are prostitutes offering false flattery. Ari waited outside each day to get a chance to apologize. He waited for hours outside of Nanao's appt later on b/c he didn't want Nanao to think he was trying to dominate him and tell him what to do...Ari didn't know about Nanaos fear of becoming an alphas submissive property/plaything. He was a bit jealous, but mostly concerned with how the hours worked at that job were tiring Nanao out. Hosts sell love as a service in this way: give a customer their undivided attention and make them feel special, get the customer to purchase drinks to keep the VIP party going and that's about it. Ari bought the host club and Nanao still works as a host so no prostitution.
