I understand that this arc with Twins is taken from the ASS, but what the fuck is wrong? Why are they killing the second-plan cast?? I know they do this for shock value, and because till now everyone was always alright, BUT FUCKING DAMMNIT, you can practicaly FEEL how it was not the final intention and was just done without any reason other than to say "yep, not everyone is happy". bro,,,

So let me get this straight, first we get those informations in order of them happening:
1. God died and tower appered the same day.
2. Chaos seal was lifted, because there were no god
3. Elle wanted to destroy tower and seal the Chaos, but Gabriel betrayed them and relesed Chaos completly
and now we are getting completly different timeline with:
1. Chaos seal was lifted and God fucked off to who knows where
2. Tower was suggested to be made to kill Chaos AND God after
3. Elle was shown as one of the first-beings in their Realm, so why didn't she know about the tower?
Did I get this right? I'm getting more and more confused by chapter

I've read parts of the novel and this part in specific so I will try to explain this ><

The MC received the info out of order, at least from the part of his trials and memories from both Luci and Elle.
The thing is: All the worlds god created lived peacefully without knowing about each other. Each world had a ruler that was a proxy for god's power in that world (like Gaia and Chronos). They thought of themselves as absolute beings and the gods of their worlds.
That's it until one day the seal on Chaos weakened and Chaos woke up, it shook everyone because the power rippled on the worlds, and it was so overwhelming they thought it will be their end, until god appeared and subdued Chaos again and went back to being the passive being he was until that point.
They realized they weren't actually the gods of their world, and in the scheme of things they were just a speckle of dust. And because of the “confrontation” between chaos and god opened a path between the worlds and all those rulers met. And because of this sense of we are so small and etc. they started to despair and the plan to create the tower was born from the humans.
The only ones that were aware of all the worlds and god's existence were the angels and to avoid the detection from the angels Gabriel incited rebellion and a war with Hell, so that's what happened to Luci and how he became a sword. And it distracted Elle from the tower's construction.
After all that happen and god is killed by Chrono's plan (some other things happen, but they will be explained in the next chapters of the manhwa, if I'm not mistaken) the seal on Chaos starts to weaken again, and since it is the destruction of the worlds god created, Elle comes up with that plan of turning herself in a holy sword to seal chaos. As we know, that plan was thwarted by Gabriel, and it happens like we saw in the memories Elle recovered.
So... The fact that Elle doesn't remember the tower, it's because her memories were sealed with time and because of her function as a holy sword. And it's the same that happened to Luci. Both their memories were sealed, and they are being unsealed the more our MC grows and starts viewing them. So basically, the more our MC knows, the more both Luci and Elle knows because their memories will get unsealed because of it.
I hope this explains things.
MC didn’t understand the full picture at the beginning because he didn’t clear the tower till level 50. He is now learning the truth about how the events started. So all this was started when Chaos seal was starting to weaken and god was missing or dead. Does that help?
