It is consent. Why? Because Haeyool (brown hair) has been sleeping with his sponsor since the beginning. Haeyool’s personality screams he’ll do anything to make it as a top star. Which is why he’s sleeping with him to begin with so he can get farther ahead. So, no he’s not gonna reject the one guy that’s funding him even if he’s a creep.

Yes. If the sponsor didn’t go over to brown hair’s place then brown hair would have kept calling & texting black hair to come over. Black hair is a push over so he would have ended up going to brown hair’s place and blonde hair wasn’t going to have that.

It is most likely done by the author so it can get as much reader as it possibly can. The author seems to know that some women/girls fetishize mlm so the author made a book with a 'shounen ai' tag at its release. Now that the amount of reader is a lot, the author probably wanted to remove the tag (I apologize if this doesn't make any sense. English isn't my first language)
