you can use paypal. sign in ur card on paypal. That's what Im doing when buying comics on tapas hehe
i have paypal,and I dont know why tappytoon is not accepting it
or you could just use the option (pay with debit or credit card) it works for me that way

I sign my card on google play store or at least when I had an android not to long ago and would purchase coins through tappy toon like that when it gave an option
