Gio's logic is invalid, c'mon, if you think your lover's gonna leave ya because you're not sick and in need anymore, that means true love wasn't there to begin with (and that's actually quite offensive and not cool towards Felix). Also, if his feelings were to actually change in the future, no pity play manipulation and no amount of emotional blackmail would help you keep him by your side, Gio. Because that would be at the point where Felix just wouldn't care for you anymore (it's impossible though, let's be real people, Felix loves him to death), so that's stupid logic. You need to trust your partner and hope for the best. If not, it gets upsetting for your lover--- a big no no regarding trust issues.
But okay, I love both of them so much and feel for Gio, because of his past especially, so I'm hoping they will eventually solve this and figure out how to talk about this fear of abandonment without hurting each other's feelings too much.

Gio's logic is flawed from a normal perspective. My guy has abandonment issues all due to the fact that "even my biological parents didn't want me".
