To beat up guys, he didn't have to take off his disguise. The day after that, he could've pretended it was nothing and so she will presume it's simply a dream.
It could've been longer and well, she would've disliked him more if he kept it a secret for longer even if he already was exposed... Perhaps...
But even if it was rather fast, I like this manga.
I've got a soft spot for cross dressing boys or feminine boys in shoujo manga,
And it was refreshing to see this sort of best friend = rival, and to add up, they assume different "identities" of different genders.
