Came back to read this after years of not reading it because it still had 50 chaps back then so I had to let it marinate.
Not only did the artstyle change but now there's an annoying FL and romance, disappointing.
I was expecting his high school admirer or a pretty badass female to be with him or something but sighhhh my expectations were betrayed. I also skipped a few chapters because of the annoying enemies and overall pretty basic cliche story.
Bro genuinely I hope the "friend" that tried to kill MC and seol-ah dies. I can't believe she went back to being normal and hugging seol-ah after LITERALLY trying to KILL HER without knowing SHIT about anything.
You can't trust so called memories or video clips that a literal stranger just forcefully put inside your brain.

Anyways, you guys can hate on old mc all you want but he genuinely loves seol-ah, I'm sure je only said "I dont feel anything and I will kill the witch" just because he was acting jusy to get closer to her, i mean we all saw him try to fight the sword saint FOR seol-ah.

I wouldn't say she isn't smart, all her life the mc has ignored and neglected her. Their first meeting was of him slamming the door in her face saying she wasn't his child, sure anyone would be a little taken a ack but he decided to show such hostility towards the child and her mother, he didn't show her he loved her and was tortured in a tower for years thinking he would save her, we know he tried, but she doesn't know that, all she knows is there her dad ignored and neglected and hoped he wouldn't abandon her too, only to get tortured. He fought for her at the VERY last minute in front of her, while her whole life was him doing nothing for her, she could have seen that as a way to not get killed off if he played daddy for a bit. We know he loves her, but he has done too much damage to her as father for it to be chalked up to a misunderstanding
She definitely isn't aware of his hardships in their previous world, how he tried his best to find her and take her back but the thing is she's aware that he's trying to change and IS actually a kind person in child seol-ah's life. She knows about everything, about how child seol-ah is being accepted by the MC, how child seol-ah is always being protected and how he wad able to avoid the magic tower taking her, avoiding the mother's death and avoiding all the misfortunes just for this world's seol ah
She KNOWS all that and she knows MC cared for her in the last minute of his old life and in this current one, she already knows everything, she probably didn't know during her teenage years and we see that when she goes on a rampage when she hears the MC betray her but now that she's an adult, she sees MC die infront of her and regress to a different world and change to a better father. Her reason for fighting MC now is because she's in denial that he was actually a good father and because a different seol-ah is living a better life than her and now she wants to fight that child for that..
also technically MC did die during the fight with the sword saint. She's aware that he didn't do that for the sake of playing daddy just to not get killed, we saw her expression.
Even with her reasons in fighting MC and child seol-ah, all I see is a ignorant witch trying to kill an innocent child and ruining his father's new life （￣へ￣）

That is also what i was thinking, even in the part where silent night is revealed that they are not the 'villain' buttt they always fight each otherrr they could've been friendss every villain from the silent night that died i always shed tears(╥﹏╥) (sori for my grammar haha)
I feel like I'm the only one who thinks this but Aiden keeps getting nerfed recently ╥﹏╥ like... the art keeps making him look bad in some panels where all the members are shown, hope someone gets what I mean lol I still love my baby boy (≧∀≦)
