I’m old enough to remember when this first came out lol. I appreciate how open this comic is about the world of kink. There’s parts of this that remind me it was written by a man, but it’s not really in a disrespectful way it just kind of makes me roll my eyes sometimes. Underrated worldbuilding. I haven’t read this in years now but it’s left a lasting impression on me for showing both the good and ugly sides of BDSM and developing a healthy relationship in the end. The first story has a lot of its own merits to appreciate, but what really sets this one apart from the rest is when the second story comes into play with the trio. It’s extremely heartbreaking and the three characters chemistry with each other is evenly balanced. You can really deeply feel how important they are to each other; they’re not the same if you take one of them out of the picture.
