Just pretend it's an open ending. Sangwoo survived the pillow incident and replaces someone in the hospital. So later hell get out. Maybe bum gets ran over and gets in hospital again and finds Sangwoo! Yay cake!ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
