Idk but I really like how everything is portrayed. I like that the characters are so human and imperfect. Ik a lot of ppl were mad at the whole flashbacks and stuff only showing the "good part" of things but I really liked it cuz that's how it actually is. When you're in an abusive relationship where you're heavily dependent on the other person thats how you brain is wired. You're miserable and unhappy w them, but the moment you step away you can only think of the good times and go back to the starting point. I think portraying his memories in rose colored glasses makes the whole thing be more realistic. We all know the ex is a horrible person and that he treated the mc horribly and it's constantly shown how different the new bf is from him so I don't think they were meant to make the ex look more likable, it's just showing how things were from mc's pov. The mc has a lot of mental issues and is overly dependent on his partners, he makes mistakes and it's very frustrating. But this Is literally how it is irl...

There is so many things to love about this!! It was so satisfying to see mc finally connect the dots and realize that he was getting too involved while still getting what he wants. Ml rlly needed that humbling and im so glad they just broke up in that way. Can't wait where this goesss. In guessing for the second arc another love interest will be introduced and the ml is gonna be jealous
