really early on the black haired guys brother tried to screw our OP MC over and got his ass HANDED to him so now the bro wants revenge
it goes back to the beginning when Jinwoo saw still an "E" hunter and had second awakening. The guy's brother was a pos hunter in a group that would take advantage of other hunters or throw them under the bus if things got nasty (I don't recall exactly but he was trash). I think they were about to sacrifice Jinwoo and others in the party to a bad situation so they could escape (or steal from them, sorry been a while), and Jinwoo ended up killing him. The "frustrated guy" was a Korean Hunter S-Rank that had been "bought" by the US and came back to avenge his lil bro... but of course he ran right into Jinwoo. His guild dragged him back but he swore vengeance on Jinwoo.
remember near the start when he was just getting stronger, that dungeon raid where he met the 2nd member of his guild. The guys he was with left him with the spider monster and tried to kill him but he killed them first. This guy's brother was one of the people he killed so man obviously wants revenge
