Awww omg his mom stood up to his father for the first time in her life and chose her son. I know she has no idea what's she's doing and is probably scared but she's trying her best and this is her best right now which is loving her son I'm so proud of mama.
It reminds me of my situation growing up. My mom accepted it,my dad hated it.I had a cousin who came over to visit. My dad hated him because he was gay. He was nice and sweet. He made her happy by being a good friend.My parents and cousin are long gone. I miss them. I was closer to my mom.

Jin is so closed off he's suffocating himself and the relationship. He definitely has a antisocial personality disorder and d9esnt know how to cope with it. He's increasingly closed off but craves to escape his feelings of cold emptiness. Change starts with realizing what the problem is and I think Mc calling him out for running away is gonna open that door that's been bolted shut. Jin needs to learn how to give more of himself and be vulnerable with the people he loves which I know is easier said than done.
