Hm I kinda get her. Probably the only one. But She lost weight because "She" Wanted to. it was not the other way around. this is realtisc. Everyone dropping it because they wanted MC to stay chubby.
1. She didn't lose the weight for the MC
2. This was her choice.
3. She can always gain it back easily.
