There was this manhwa I read a while ago and I can't remember the name for the life of me and googling the few parts I do remember hasn't helped
It was bl and the main character had either black or some kind of dark hair, he had 2 or three piercings in each ear
The piercings where there because his brother would pierce his ear when he was angry at him
I don't really remember what the other boy what his love interest looked like
