So you still will be thrown in jail despite it is already proven that it's for self-defense? That's f'd up. In my country they'll be free of any charge if proven to be self-defense.
I haven't read the whole novel since my brain couldn't handle it but I don’t think they got fair trail I do hope to see anyone giving light on that matter but yes they were supposed to get out of it innocent according to their laws but somehow she didn't either it was just out of despair bec she didn't want them to investigate more into it and find out it was dokja who did it or no one else helped at all even tho everyone knew sorry I'm pulling all this out of my imagination since I don't have concrete facts
