Eh, though gross idm still reading even with the bros part bc the writing makes it so that its viewed as gross (you can see how much the younger bro is trembling + flinching when the older bro takes a hold of him, there's an obvious power dynamic going on), and green-haired bro seems to be a psycho and honestly I don't expect anything less than disgusting from characters portrayed like he is.
