Part of what I don't understand is the cops' over fascination with the liquid on the kitchen floor.
If the cops believe the story about them dating and that Bum was abused by his ex, Sangwoo could EASILY say that Bum is depressed, and tried to kill himself. That's why his wrist is injured and that's what the liquid on the floor is. Sangwoo trying to clean up the blood. Which in part, is true.
What has that man done to make these three crazy about him?

I really like Sangwoo's random nice moments. I think they're really funny.
Because something bad is going on, or it's a real serious part of the story, and then he says something out of place and it's kind of great. I'm re-reading through the story right now, at chapter 8 at the moment.
Bum is trying to escape his captor, and Sangwoo just says "come on, i'll make you some hot tea". And for some reason, I just found this hilarious. But at the same time, I'm wondering how the story would have been different now if Bum hadn't tried to escape, if he had just kept laying there at the table. Or if instead of pushing Sangwoo away, if Bum was just like "yeah, hot tea sounds pretty good"
By just agreeing to tea....
We'd have a whole different story right now haha
