Tbh, I'm kinda surprised he didn't see through the fake injury thing. He saw through her nun trick and lots of others. She told him straight out why she was avoiding marrying him, and he accepted her answer. And if he just put two and two together it's pretty obvious why she did it. So why is he so mad? Was he so distressed that she might be hurt, that realizing it was fake felt like betrayal? Or was he worried that she was willing to potentially hurt herself to avoid him that he figured he'd give her what she wanted? Still, it's kinda nice to see what's happens now that she's actually gotten her goal in a monkey paw scenario. Curious if they'll bring back drunk Ripley and she just marches up to him and starts confessing that she never meant to fall in love with him and he's supposed to be with this other girl, but he worked his way into her heart.
Why does this look like the brother is going to be in his sister's love triangle?
In the story, it is common to be a substitute in prison, especially for nobles. My speculation on why her brother makes her the substitute in prison is- In that time, her brother is the head of the rebellion (or something like that) and he thinks that it is safer for her to stay out of their house since assassination is usual on that time. The prison is known to be so strict and is a perfect shelter/shield for her until the rebellion (?) calms down. Also, if u think life in the prison is hard for the MC, ur wrong. She finds it comfortable and even wanted to stay in there for longer time. She can also do whatever she wants since the warden loves her (romantically) and the warden is her brother's bestfriend of whom her bro tasks to protect her and let her do/get whatever she wanted.

Well, at least rebelling against his father.
At some point, when Iana asks in a letter to her brother what kind of family they are, he asks her who is bothering her.
In one of her conversations with Lenag, he tells her that she isn't there because she did something wrong, but for her protection.
And when Chaser visited her in prison he said he was worried that someone (a man) touched her again.
It would be super dark if that someone is their father, but the whole story is. But it could be anyone really.
On the other hand we know the original Iana said she would never talk with her brother again. This could be because he didn't protect her against this someone, or as many other things, it could be that he is over protective of her. Imagine she had a partner and her brother didn't like it and locked her in prison to keep them apart...
The Novel's translation is on chapter 87 (that I know of), but the real information is rare.
There could be so many different stories from the little knowledge we have...
There's a lot of things I don't like about Lillian but the "anyone can do house work" really takes the cake. She thinks she's too good to run a household. Well guess what honey, someone has to or else everyone will be wearing rags and eating garbage! Doing good means doing everything necessary, not just the fun stuff. Running a household takes skill and dedication; don't mock the people who take care of you just because you want to be "not like other girls." She is such a hypocrite. If she was actually a saint, she'd actually help her mom instead running off to play activist.
I'm kinda tired of the male/ female charade. Like they set up the ml to be this ultra smart person, and you expect me to believe he can't figure out his most trusted servant is a woman? The whole holding himself back because the fl says she's a guy is interesting, but it really should've happened much earlier. They've had plenty of chances for the ml to figure it out and the villian figured it out.
Dude, at this point just tell her. You can't seem to tell her, so you keep waiting for her to make the first move. But she's too dense, and it doesn't help that any time she almost guesses you like her you trick her. Why would she confess to you if she thinks you hate her?! At least you know she kinda likes you so just do it
So clearly the the first prince is the ml, but what did he die of in his previous life? Was he actually sick? I doubt they would make him the ml if he wouldn't eventually be healthy. A lot of other webtoons have that excuse for a prince who works in the shadows. Did he actually die of poison or something?
oh the first prince's story is even more tragic.
cna you plz spoil

The 2nd Queen poisoned and killed his mother. The King knew but didn't punish her. Then she poisoned the first prince from the first queen. The King also knew about it but ignored it because he didn't care about him. In 1st life, he had died because of it but the King was more interested in 2nd & 3rd prince to mourn his death. 2nd life the queen will try to do alot of this thing to the ML and the king will help her.
but he does survive with the mc right?
in last life, he died. In this life, he will be absolutely fine. Emotionally hurt but physically he will be great.
Ok thanks!
