what are your bl pet peeves? story, character, design, etc!

a couple of mine are like absolutely dense/stupid ukes. like the equivalent of blonde girls in horror movies. you can hold up a sign saying "THIS GUY WILL ASSAULT YOU" and theyll say some uwu "i can fix him" shit and never set their ground.
rape and assault *can* be used for story telling. it can be a powerful element of a tragic story. but its not used like that in 90% of bl. its just, totally avoidable rape for absolutely no reason???

as for nsfw pet peeves, the overly excessive "package" sizes is just...too much. you dont need allat. where is it going. it doesnt look hot it just looks weird. its so common now that you cant even say its for shock factor anymore cause id be more shocked to see a normal sized dick. on the genitalia note, WHY IS IT RED? IT LOOKS INFECTED?

also when a character, usually uke, is supposed to be cute and submissive but the author cant think of any way to portray this other than make them look and act like a fucking toddler
