The mother is horrible but the emperor isn’t much better. Yes he is a victim of the empress but that by no means gives him the excuse to abuse his son like that. He’s so fucking cruel in a way I think the ppl in the comment section aren’t recognizing. He is only showing the slightest hint of remorse because when he is faced with the prince his own consciousness starts catching up with him. it’s disgustingly selfish.
I honestly started this manhwa expecting to drop it a few chapters in because I don’t like omegaverse stories since so many shitty storylines belong to this trope but this manhwa has a well developed plot which doesn’t involve an overly submissive bottom which is soooo refreshing . Pleasant surprise.
