ummm...I mean , the guy is probably sad not to be his friend anymore or even is sad that he can't reply to the ex best friends love because he knows that his hurting his felling and he truly cares about him just not in that kind of way............................or whats probably not the case ( only in manga.... maybe) his actually in love with hi......   reply
