I mean I have seen male omegas get pregnant, with the baby bump and all in some instagram posts( I think it was Blood Link, and no I have not read it). How is the baby born, from their......butt(⊙…⊙ )

Also omega is term that includes women.Men omega are rare .That's why they are treated badly.women omega are treated badly cz they are weak and can be easily bullied.

One thing i know why omegas are hated (base on omegaverses ive read) its cuz they seduce alphas with their pheromones. And that they were only born to reproduce and make alphas feel good so they are percieved as very low and dirty to society. You know, everything is social construct and mob thinking influences others.

I can’t answer the 1st question as I’m not an expert on male and female anatomy lol, but for the rest:
Alphas are different as they are the “leaders” of the society and omegas and betas usually follow them, betas are just regular people without and special traits and omegas are the people that give birth and unfortunately suffer the most out of the three groups and yes, usually the whole world is categorised as these three unless the story says differently (authors can change some things if they wish). Yes, women exist, but for some reason most omegaverses are just yaoi (I’ve always wanted a good Yuri omegaverse TT). Women can be alphas the gender doesn’t need matter. Omegas are treated badly because they usually seen as the weaker group and can’t defend themselves.

Male omegas can give birth because they're born with that ability i guess; it's just something they can do, the bodies they are born with enable them to give birth.

Alphas, betas and omegas are the three different genders in the universe, i think some refer to them as 'second genders'. Anyway, alphas are, not to be stereotypical, but like the men of this world i guess. They're the ones who can impregnate omegas and are typically depicted as masculine, strong, top-energy, idk you get the idea. Betas are the second group. They're subordinate to alphas and can sometimes impregnate omegas. Honestly, im not too sure what they do but just think of them as in between alphas and omegas; i think they can take on the role and functions of omegas (that's what i read on the internet anyway). And lastly omegas, they can give birth, and normally are like weak and fragile. They go into 'heats' where they need to have sex and normally it's the only time they can get pregnant.

In most series that i've read, the society has your normal genders (like male, female, non-binary etc.) and then second genders (alpha, beta, omega - which they do a test for)

Women are also included in this. You can have women alphas, betas, omegas.

Not every series do omegas get treated badly, it's a common theme but it's not always the case - i guess the author just wants some kind of plot starter.
