spoiler alert (EDITED): it’s already completed in the korean raws, and it ends by chapter 6. the idol escaped around chapter 4 or 5 (i forgot). then by the last chapter, the doctor had up having a wet dream with the idol. in the end, they end up completely living their lives off separately (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
